OBJECTIVE

BHA had an outdated website that did not provide information in a structured way and resulted in a large number of applications that had to be disqualified. These obvious mismatches created countless losses in staff hours and tax dollars.

SOLUTION

Planeteria conducted on-site facilitation for general needs analysis, onsite focus groups with staff, and department facilitation to develop content strategy and architecture of website and intranet. We also utilized a project questionnaire, audience needs assessment, site map, wireframes, web style guide (colors/typography), mood-boarding, mock ups, Kentico CMS, mobile responsive, hosting and managed maintenance. We incorporated an online pre-qualification housing application, language translation, and social media integration into the new website.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Site search functionality, real time information, video embedding, site admin roles/permissions, document archive, procurement, online forms, news/announcements, social media integration, rotating banners of photos/video, ADA compliant, multilingual and Google Analytics.

AVAILABLE HOUSING MAP

A custom property vacancy map was created so users and residents could find available Section 8 housing in their area.

ONLINE APPLICATION

With BHA we developed a streamlined process for users to applying for Section 8 housing utilizing digital forms online, and submitting them through a portal.
