OBJECTIVE

TRAFFIX selected Planeteria as their website developer for development, hosting and maintenance of the TRAFFIX website and all related functionality. The scope of services included all software, hardware and services required to support the implementation, support and ongoing hosting. The TRAFFIX website’s audience primarily consists of parents of elementary, middle and high school students in the San Ramon Valley who fall into one of the following three categories:

• Parents who are interested in learning more about the TRAFFIX Program and who are exploring the potential purchase of a TRAFFIX bus pass.
• Parents who are actively purchasing a TRAFFIX bus pass.
• Parents who have already purchased a TRAFFIX bus pass (recently or in the past).

Many of their customers work outside of the home and truly rely on the bus to get their children to and from school. As such, Traffix customers depend on our ability to provide accurate, real-time communications (texting and email) about daily bus operations as they impact their students and families.
