The City of Rockville has unveiled its redesigned website, offering residents, businesses, and visitors a modern, accessible, and service-focused digital experience. Developed by Planeteria Media, the new site streamlines access to essential City resources while enhancing transparency, mobility, and community engagement.

About the City of Rockville

Located just northwest of Washington, D.C., Rockville is a vibrant, diverse city recognized among the nation’s best places to live. As the seat of Montgomery County, it’s home to over 68,000 residents and 77,000 employees. Rockville’s government is rooted in citizen-centered service, environmental stewardship, and neighborhood connectivity—values that guided the creation of its new digital front door.

Enhanced search, multilingual options, and responsive design ensure inclusivity for all users. Planeteria also migrated and organized hundreds of pages and documents to improve content flow and engagement.
