About Kentucky Housing Corporation

Kentucky Housing Corporation is the state housing finance agency and a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Created by the General Assembly in 1972, KHC invests in quality housing solutions for families and communities across the state. Project Goals

• Replace KHC’s previous SharePoint-based website with a modern content management system that could support more than 100 pages, large document libraries, and long-term growth.
• Improve the user journey by organizing information around what visitors need to do, including finding housing, providing housing, managing a KHC account, or getting help.
• Create a mobile-friendly, accessible, easy-to-manage platform that supports content updates, publications, high-quality visuals, forms, embedded tools, and future communications needs.
• Help KHC communicate complex housing programs more clearly for homeowners, renters, homebuyers, lenders, developers, landlords, nonprofit partners, and residents facing housing instability.
