About the Client

The Western Riverside Council of Governments is a joint powers authority representing 23 member agencies across Western Riverside County. WRCOG provides regional leadership on planning, transportation, energy, conservation, and sustainability initiatives. The agency manages major programs—from traffic mitigation and energy efficiency to regional conservation efforts—supporting over two million residents through collaborative governance and long-range planning.
