Santa Rosa, CA, Release: July 20, 2022. For Immediate release

BACKGROUND
Revitalization Effort Towards New Urbanism is RENU, a collaboration between stakeholders in invigorating their community. RENU strives toward improving The Acre between City Hall and the University of Massachusetts by developing spaces for small businesses and affordable housing. A burgeoning storehouse of information primed to expand, RENU recently teamed up with a local housing authority.

THE PROJECT
While small now, RENU joined with the Lowell Housing Authority and is growing fast. They needed a modern site that could be easily managed by a small team and allows for rapid expansion. RENU also needed to look contemporary, to not only update its aesthetic but give users confidence. Given a relatively small amount of material but requiring the capacity for more, a more flexible architecture was needed.

THE SOLUTION
Content audit, site development, color/logo refinishing, 3rd party API integration, multi-device flexibility, ADA & mobile testing, beta-testing changes, post-launch user-generated feedback edits, hands-on training, video library creation, server hosting, and managed maintenance.

FUNCTIONALITY

An eye-catching and engaging site stocked with relevant information and readily managed by a small team, including news, projects, and board info, set to expand as more of its services get utilized; all with full compliance to ADA standards, and a broad accessibility menu.
